Seared Salmon with Tarragon Mustard and Vermouth Sauce
Warm Lentils & Rice Onion, Celery, Diced Heirloom Tomato, and Pistou *

Lavender and Apricot Cake Toasted Almonds
Baked Brie with Brandied Peaches
Served with served with a selection of gourmet breads, rolls, freshly brewed Starbucks® coffee, decaffeinated coffee & assorted teas
